Worsbrough Common Primary School is a larger than average sized primary school with 468 pupils on role. We have a 52 place nursery for children from the age of three. The school has a specialist resourced provision which caters for 10 pupils who have language and communication needs. School attendance target is 97%. Our current school priorities are improving outcomes, particularly in reading and writing to bring them inline with national averages. School are also working to improve whole school attendance.
We had a great morning in the woods. We talked about different artists and different styles and techniques. The children then created their own pieces of artwork with the title At the Woods.
It’s the start of the summer term and hopefully we will continue with some drier weather, just like today! Class 2 and class 5 have been to the woods today and had a great time.
