Mindfulness and wellbeing

This week has been wellbeing week. There has been a lot of different things for you to do this week to think about your feelings and other things.

Last week I shared an activity where we inagined we had a drink of hot chocolate and we were breathing in the warm steam and blowing out to cool it. I heard from some people about how this had helped them feel relaxed, someone almost fell asleep doing it. Ive put a few short videos with some different activities which may be useful to you, even if they are just to pass a few minutes.

Mindful breaths to wake us up ready for the day.

Bubbles to blow away worries

Happy hums to settle us down

Fist squeezes for if you’re feeling a little cross or angry

Finger fiddle to manage distractions and focus

Wise old owl to help make decisions.
