Persevere

Some things are really tricky to do and we can get frustrated. There are things at Forest School that are difficult or that take lots of practise. Usually we find it easier to manage ourselves and not get angry in the woods when this happens. We often talk about why this might be the case and think about how we can apply that in class when we are learning new things.

This afternoon Maculey had a go at two very tricky things!

Gilly

Forest School Practitioner

I started work as an SEND teacher and I... scratch that...As one of the children once told me "You're just Gilly who plays out with us and helps us to be safe." I'm sometimes a pirate, sometimes a Viking, sometimes the crazy story teller but I always aim to make it fun. I'm just Gilly and Forest School is my jam!
