Tuesday’s home learning

Good morning!

I am so sorry that lots of you can’t come to Nursery today, we will miss you lots but you are doing the right thing keeping everyone safe.

We have been learning lots about snails in nursery, watch this story “The Snail and the Whale” afterwards. Can you draw your favourite part of the story?

At nursery we have been working on our independence. Whilst at home can your practise with your grown up putting your coat on all by yourself and fastening it up? It will make it much quicker to go play outside when you come back to Nursery!

In Phonics we have been learning about sound discrimination. All week while you are not at school you can play as many games as you like on Busy Things. We have subscribed so that children can access this at home and the password has been texted out to parents.

You can find these games by clicking on Nursery – Communication Language and Literacy – Phonics Program – Phase one phonics.

Here is a video of this weeks class Nursery Rhyme.

Have a lovely day.

Hi I’m Mrs Evans. This is my sixth year working in foundation stage and I love it! When I’m not at school I spend my time with my two daughters. We like to go to the caravan at the weekends especially when it’s raining so that we can get cosy and play lots of board games!
