Week 3 Overview

Week 3 Overview

We do not know exactly where the children’s interests will take us but here are just a few of the things we have planned for the week ahead in F2. In maths we will continue learning about repeating patterns and shapes. The children are always really keen to name and experiment with shape.

In literacy our book is ‘The Tiger who came to Tea’ by Judith Kerr.

In phonics our sounds are e, u, r, h and b.

On Thursday at 3pm we have our 1,2,3… Read with me event (I promise more biscuits this time)!

Year 1 Teacher

I'm Mrs Green and I joined WCPS in September 2019. I am passionate about Early years and can usually be found on the floor with our super 5 and 6 year olds. This year I have moved to teach in Year one! When I'm not at school I'll be with my children and dog on a muddy walk.
