Year 2- National Space Centre Trip Letter 16th Jan 2023

Dear Parent/Carers,
As part of Y2’s DT topic learning about The Mars Rover we would like to take the Year 2 children to The National Space Centre in Leicester. This is an amazing opportunity, and to support with the cost of the visit, it has been heavily subsidised by school. We will be going on Tuesday 16th January 2024. We will leave school at 8:30 am and to arrive back at approximately 4pm, depending on the traffic. Children will need to be in school at 8:15am, for the register. Children who usually access breakfast club, are still able to, as they will be collected at 8:15am. If you would like your child to attend, please log on to your Arbor account, booking opens today at 4pm and will close at 6pm on 15/01/2023. The cost contribution for this trip is £20, subsidised by school. Your child should be in normal school uniform and no spending money is required. Your child will require a packed lunch. If you wish to order your child a school grab a bag, please email our admin email with your child’s choice of ham, cheese OR tuna. Your child will need a refillable water bottle even if ordering a school grab a bag.
If you have any further questions regarding this trip, please contact your child’s teacher.
Many thanks
