The Great Fire of London

What a fabulous day it was been today. Four classes and four retelling of the story of the Great Fire of London.

The children impressed me by remembering key dates, important people and the important parts of the story. They were also able to explain the reasons why the fire spread, and why it spread so quickly. They went on  tell me the lessons that had been learnt and what things had changed after the fire.

I’ve loved today!
