WOW! Thank you Reo!

Seeing the children having fun and growing in the woods is the most amazing thing. Hearing them talking, playing and laughing are some of my favourite sounds.

It’s always so lovely to hear them asking when it’s their turn to go to the woods, this tells me how much they enjoy and look forward to those experiences.

On Friday Reo brought something into school that he had made with the help of his dad. He’d told to me he was carving a sign for the woods but I never imagined it would be so wonderful. I knew it would be a treasure but wow Reo this is awesome.

I can’t wait to put it pride of place on the cabin so everyone can see it. Thank you so much!

Forest School Practitioner

I started work as an SEND teacher and I... scratch that...As one of the children once told me "You're just Gilly who plays out with us and helps us to be safe." I'm sometimes a pirate, sometimes a Viking, sometimes the crazy story teller but I always aim to make it fun. I'm just Gilly and Forest School is my jam!
