Be kind to yourself
A lot of things we do can be tricky especially when we try them for the first time. This can sometimes make us feel worried or anxious and not want to try to do things. if we worry we won’t be any good we just might decide we don’t want to try. A lot of things need us to practise to get better. Often if you see someone who is really good at something they probably started off just like you.
