Class 1 and 2 first time

Over the past 2 weeks out reception children have been to the woods. For some of them it was their first time in the woods. Some came when they were in our nursery and some came for a stay and play session with their grown ups before the summer holidays.

We have been so impressed with how independent the children were when they were getting ready. Once in the woods they confidently explored and listened carefully to make sure they stayed safe.
