This half term in Literacy, Year 4 will be reading the text “Shackleton’s Journey” and preparing for our expedition to the South Pole! It’s going to be tough… will we make it?

My name is Mrs Houghton. I’ve been teaching for quite a long time and I love what I do! Other things I love are my two children, my three cats, my dog, chocolate, tea and reading. In my spare time you’ll find me out walking my dog or curled up with a good book and a cuppa.
