Wesak
This afternoon we explored how Wesak is celebrated in the Buddhist community. We created our own lanterns as in some countries they are used in celebrations.

My name is Miss Haigh, I have worked at WCPS for 25 years in many roles but currently as a HLTA and RE subject Lead. When I’m not at school I am a volunteer youth leader in a local Girls’ Brigade group. I also love to travel exploring new and exciting places around the world, visiting the theatre to see live performances and I enjoy to eat out with friends and family.
